Dow Thailand Enriches Traffic Safety at Police Station
RAYONG - April 24, 2017 -
Dow Thailand Group led by Phayoongsak Pisanpattanakul, Polymer Manufacturing Director & Production Leader of Polyethylene Plant, together with more than 40 volunteers from Dow and Huaypong Provincial Police Station joined force in the “Traffic Sign Improvement” activity under the “Neighbor Care” project at Huaypong Provincial Police Station in Rayong by repainting the footpaths to enhance traffic safety in the police station and surrounding areas. In this event, Pol.Col. Adiew Tuamlamoon, Superintendent of Huaypong Provincial Police Station, also joined the activity.
The Traffic Sign Improvement is the 17th activity of the “Neighbor Care” project which Dow Thailand Group has encouraged its employees to initiate the activities which can help improve the better life quality of people in Rayong’s communities. So far more than 650 Dow volunteers have been participating in the project since 2014. In 2017, on the occasion of 50th anniversary, Dow volunteers are unremittingly committed to engagement for community success under “Dow Thailand’s Golden Jubilee: Following the King’s Footprints” theme so as to pay tribute to and follow in the royal footsteps of King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
