Dow Thailand Sponsors 49th International Chemistry Olympiad in Thailand
BANGKOK - March 09, 2017 -
Jirasak Singmaneechai, Managing Director of Dow Thailand Group, and Rebecca Bentley, Dow Chemical’s Corporate Communications Global Director, donated 1,000,000 THB as sponsorship to the 49th International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) Steering Committee represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sittiwat Lertsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, and President of the 49th International Chemistry Olympiad, at Dow Thailand’s headquarters. To celebrate Prof. Dr. H.R.H. Princess Chulabhorn Walailak’s 60 anniversary, Thailand is selected to be a host of the 49th International Chemistry Olympiad during July 6-15 at Mahidol University, Salaya Campus, Nakhon Pathom Province. This will be a good opportunity for Thai youths to exchange knowledge with talented participants around the globe who have interest and academic proficiency in chemistry.
