Group of Dow Chemical Thailand is a group of Dow wholly owned subsidiaries held by Dow Group in US at 99.99 percent of the shares, consisting of five companies as follows:
Dow Chemical Thailand Ltd. manufactures polyols/formulated polyols, propylene glycol, polyether polyol, propylene oxide and imports/markets other Dow products that serve diverse industries: solvents and epoxy for paint, coating and electronics industries; surfactants and amines for the textile industry; polyglycol for the personal-care industry; intermediates for plastics and petrochemical industries; plastics and chemicals for the automotive industry; ion-exchange resins and reverse-osmosis membrane for water purification applications, including emulsion polymers for paint and coatings.
Carbide Chemical (Thailand) Ltd. manufactures assorted synthetic latex polymers: all-acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl-acrylic, vinyl-versatic, and poly (vinyl acetate) photopolymer. These high-quality products find applications in architectural paint, pigment printing for textiles and non-woven materials, adhesives for the construction industry, inks, floor polish, and caulks and sealants.
SCGC-Dow Group is a joint venture of equal equity between SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Dow of 49.99 percent each, which forms a close-knit collaboration in four core businesses under operations by four companies. The following companies under SCG-DOW Group are operated and managed by Dow as follows:

In addition, Dow and Solvay S.A. fomed a joint venture of equal equity to establish the world’s largest hydrogen peroxide plant, which is the eco-friendly facility that simply applies only air and hydrogen to produce advanced products. This clean, versatile chemical production finds applications in the paper industry, textile industry, electronics industry, chemical industry, effluent and wastewater treatment, food industry, disinfectants, and consumer products.
