Northeast Co., Ltd., the leading company in thermoplastic paints, water-based traffic paint, and cold plastic paint said, "H.T.M. is appreciated for providing our products to help drivers see the roadways clearly, making them more vigilant and reducing their speed before reaching crossings – in order to reduce the injuries and deaths of civilians that might otherwise occur. Decha Panichayapichet, Site Director, Dow Thailand Group added about the event, "Dow cares for the Rayong people’s well-being. We have conducted several activities under the Neighbor Care project continuously.
