Dow Enhances Chemical Engineering Professions for 12 Consecutive Years

BANGKOK - February 22, 2019 - Dow Thailand Group led by Wachiraporn Pothipong, Site Liaison & Special Community Project Manager, provided THB 500,000 sponsorship to Dr. Suthep Chittayawong, Secretary-General of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, in order to support the Vocational Chemical Engineering Practice College (V-ChEPC)’s petrochemical engineering program development project in phase 4 (2017-2019) at the Office of The Vocational Education Commission, Ministry of Education. Since 2008, Dow Thailand Group has provided over THB 10 million to support the program. More than 50 interns have been trained at Dow’s facilities and 17 have become full-time employees.
