Dow Thailand joins forces with Solvay to donate H2O2 disinfectant against the new wave of COVID-19

RAYONG, January 29, 2021 – To help protect our communities' health and safety while deploying our business solutions where they are needed most, Dow Thailand Group has recently joined forces with Solvay Group in Thailand to donate more than 40,000 liters of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) disinfectant spray to the local governor. The disinfectant is a product of MTP HP JV Company, a joint venture company between Dow and Solvay. It will be used for COVID-19 prevention in Rayong province, which was hit hard by the pandemic and indicated as a Red zone earlier this year.

Hydrogen peroxide is an environmental-friendly disinfectant. It is non-corrosive, colorless, and decomposes to oxygen and water without harmful chemicals left after use.
